TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Our Website is graphically intensive and requires Macromedia Flash and Java enabled or downloaded for viewability.   Also this font used on this website is Verdana, chosen for it's ease of readability.   We have laid down some easy guidelines to follow to ensure you see everything Renocrete has to offer.   A point to note here is that if you cannot view the graphics on this site you would be unable to view the graphics on other sites.
 

JAVA TECHNOLOGY
 
    First ensure that this plugin has previously been downloaded to computer by following these steps:

Open up your browser (i.e. Internet Explorer) go to:

Tools

Internet Options

Advanced

Scroll down the list and look for Java (sun) - see illustration, if the box is unticked - tick it and you will then see the Java applets in operation.

If you do not see the Java (Sun) in your advanced settings then click on this button and download Java (free download)
 

MACROMEDIA FLASH

FONTS
    Many people are not aware that you can change the settings in your browser to make easier viewing, older eyes cannot necessarily read small fonts and for whatever reason MS Internet Explorer is pre-set to Times New Roman, a font which is quite unreadable for older eyes.   Again may we take you through a few simple steps to ensure that you can read all the information Renocrete has compiled for you.

Open up your browser (i.e. Internet Explorer) go to:

General

Fonts

 

Change the font to Verdana as shown in our diagram under.
